HELLO AND WELCOME
I'm a photographer, a mother, a wife, an animal lover, a travel enthusiast, and yes, turns out I'm also a romantic. I currently live in Calgary, but grew up in Kelowna, and studied at university in Vancouver. I worked in finance for 10 years prior to photography.
I'm an old soul. I appreciate deep conversations and a good cabernet. I would photograph everything in black & white forever if I could. My playlist repeats Nina Simone, Frank Sinatra, and Lana Del Ray. My Favourite movies would include Dirty Dancing and Pretty Woman. I can't get enough of classic architecture. My favourite cities are London, Paris, and Venice. I know - Cliche.
In my photography, I'm known for capturing and curating those cheeky, flirtatious moments. The kind that when you look at them, they make you feel like you're stealing a glimpse into tender moments. Those are the types of photos you'll look back on and love.
I believe that when you look at a photograph, it should tell a story. It should elicit an emotion. In the case of wedding photos, it should bring you back to how that moment felt - 2, 20, 50 years later. I want you to look at your wedding album and transport back to that moment.
I believe that imperfection can be beautiful. It's my intention, every time, to capture genuine moments, perfect or imperfect, in the most flattering way possible.
I want you to feel the most beautiful you've ever felt when you're in front of my camera. I also want you to feel real and value being in the moment.
